Overview

ForMeAi helps you track wellness data such as meals, mood, movement, progress, and optional wearable summaries. This policy describes what we store and how we use it.

Data we store

When you create an account, we store profile and wellness data in your ForMeAi account on our servers, including:

Profile and onboarding preferences
Meal logs, exercise logs, mood check-ins, journal entries, and progress snapshots
AI-generated meal plans, workout plans, and coach conversation history when you use those features
Wearable summaries when you enable wearable consent and connect a provider
App settings, consent choices, and subscription status
Masked previews of registered push notification devices (not full push tokens in exports)

How we use your data

We use your data to show your dashboards, sync your account across devices, and provide AI wellness features only when you request them. AI processing requires your consent in Settings.

We do not sell your personal wellness data. Promotional push notifications are sent only if you opt in under Settings → Consent → Marketing.

Your choices

You can export a JSON copy of your account data from Settings at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your data from our servers. Logging out clears only the session token on your device.
